The mission of the APALRC is to advance the civil and legal rights of the low-income, limited English proficient Asian Pacific Islander community through the provision of linguistically accessible and culturally appropriate civil legal services using a three-prong approach of (1) community legal education; (2) direct representation; and (3) systemic advocacy.
