MLSC welcomes Ann Rogers as Director of Strategic Technology

MLSC is delighted to welcome Ann Rogers into the newly created role of Director of Strategic Technology. Following MLSC’s recent strategic planning work, this role was created to assist both MLSC and its grantees in a variety of technical matters, including reporting programmatic data and implementing best practices. In this role, Ann will also provide strategic insight and direction to MLSC in matters relating to technology and certain data collection initiatives.

Ann is a data management professional with over 8 years of experience supporting non-profits to collect data and measure progress. She thrives on collaborating with organizations to see how data and technology can answer the questions that matter most to them and the communities they serve. Whether it’s improving existing systems or supporting a team to develop something new, she is passionate about making data accessible and actionable. She’s also a proud Baltimore City resident, where she lives with her partner and two cats.
