IOLTA Compliance Reporting Due September 10

The Maryland Administrative Office of the Courts issued its annual notice on July 10 regarding IOLTA reporting and other compliance matters. New for this year, IOLTA compliance reporting must be completed through the online Attorney Information System (AIS). AIS is also now used to submit pro bono compliance reporting, pay Client Protection Fund assessments and maintain current attorney contact information. No paper notices will be mailed. For more information, please see https://mdcourts.gov/media/news/2019/pr20190626.

IOLTA and pro bono compliance reports must be filed through AIS by September 10, 2019. Attorneys can complete their compliance requirements by visiting https://mdcourts.gov/lawyers/ais.
