The Commission hopes to enhance the quality of justice in civil legal matters for persons who encounter barriers when dealing with the courts or trying to solve a legal problem.

Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law School - This site contains information about the Brennan Center's legal services initiative, which is dedicated to ensuring that poor citizens have access to effective, enduring and unrestricted legal assistance in civil cases.
