MLSC Announces FY 2010 Grant Awards - Legal Aid Progams Forced to Absorb Funding Cuts - June 1 , 2009 - The board of the Maryland Legal Services Corporation (MLSC), which administers Maryland’s Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program and other funds for civil legal services, announced grant awards of $11.7 million to 35 nonprofit organizations for FY 2010, a 22% reduction from the prior year.
